Brandon D. Sartin is a trial attorney focused on personal injury litigation. His approach is shaped by years spent on the defense side, representing hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems in complex litigation. That experience gives him a distinct advantage at trial: he understands how healthcare providers evaluate risk, retain experts, and develop defenses, and he uses that knowledge to maximize case value and present his clients’ positions clearly and persuasively to a judge and jury. Having litigated from the inside of institutional decision-making, Brandon identifies the issues that matter early and builds litigation strategies that are grounded in both legal doctrine and the realities of how these cases are defended.
Brandon has handled matters across all phases of litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a boutique medical malpractice defense firm. Before that, Brandon worked at a full-service Southeastern law firm and served as an Assistant Solicitor General in Henry County, Georgia. Earlier in his career, He held a compliance leadership role with the University of Maryland and was selected for the NCAA’s postgraduate leadership development program, where he worked with the NCAA Enforcement Staff.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Morehouse College, where he was a four‑year football letterman, and received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law as a George Woodruff Scholar.
