As a law student, Caleb was recognized for his work as a volunteer with the Georgia Public Defenders Standards Council for a case heard by the Georgia Supreme Court. Caleb practiced civil litigation and criminal defense in Madison, Georgia.
After that stint in Morgan County, Georgia, he later served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Martha Christian and Judge Ed Ennis of the Macon Judicial Circuit Superior Court. Having built a reputation as a stellar legal writer, Caleb was then asked by Kathy McArthur to join the McArthur Law Firm.
