Holly Stephens

Holly Stephens is an associate attorney working in the McArthur Law Firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office.  Holly specializes in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death due to medical negligence, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and negligent security.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, Holly obtained her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2016.  She then worked in the Texas State Senate for two years before attending the University of Georgia School of Law, where she obtained her law degree in 2021. Following her graduation from law school, she spent two years working as an Assistant Public Defender in Brunswick, Georgia, where she tirelessly represented hundreds of clients who were facing criminal charges but could not afford to hire an attorney, providing them with vigorous courtroom advocacy and compassionate support throughout their cases.  Holly is passionate about working hard to help her clients through some of the toughest days of their lives.

Holly is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

She lives in Atlanta and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, walking her dog, exploring the city, and cheering on the Tar Heels and Bulldogs!
