Lindsey is a partner at the McArthur Law Firm, practicing personal injury litigation. Lindsey opened and leads the firm’s Atlanta office. During her time with the firm, Lindsey has participated in several successful jury trials, including the record-setting medical malpractice verdict in Houston County of $12 million.

During her time with the firm, Lindsey has participated in several successful jury trials, including the record-setting medical malpractice verdict in Houston County of $12 million.

Lindsey specializes in complex commercial litigation, including automobile and trucking accidents, construction negligence, negligent security, and medical malpractice. Lindsey is passionate about helping her clients reach a favorable resolution and is a dedicated and thoughtful advocate.

Prior to joining the McArthur Law Firm, Lindsey was an associate at King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia, where she practiced product liability litigation on behalf of product manufacturers. Lindsey served on trial teams for several multi-week jury trials and played an active role in both fact and expert witness discovery.  Before King & Spalding, Lindsey clerked for two years for Judge Hugh Lawson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Lindsey is active in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and is currently serving on the Executive Committee. She is also the co-chair of the Litigation Committee for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. Lindsey is a graduate of the State Bar’s Leadership Academy, GTLA’s LEAD Program, and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation’s Inspire Atlanta program.

Lindsey was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English, with highest honors and highest distinction. Lindsey then attended Duke University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2015 and was a member of the Alaska Law Review, the moot court board, and the mock trial team. Lindsey and her husband, Brent, live in Atlanta with their daughters, Nell and Lucy, and their dog, Pippa.  Lindsey and her family are members of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Atlanta, and Lindsey is an active volunteer with Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies of Georgia. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and watching Tar Heel basketball.
