The McArthur Law Firm Names New Partners: Jordan Josey and Lindsey Macon
We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the continued growth and success of the McArthur Law Firm. As of January 1, 2024, Jordan Josey and Lindsey Macon have each been promoted to Partner.

Jordan and Lindsey have consistently demonstrated outstanding legal expertise, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to the values that form the foundation of our firm. Their promotion to partners is a testament to their outstanding contributions to our firm and their unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality legal services to our clients.
Welcome Jordan Josey
Jordan Josey joined the McArthur Law Firm following his graduation from Mercer University School of Law after working with the firm since his second year of law school. Since he joined the firm, Jordan has maintained a personal injury law practice involving motor vehicle collisions, trucking collisions, and premises liability. His expertise has not only bolstered our firm’s capabilities but has also garnered the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike. Jordan is a graduate of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association LEAD program, and he currently serves as the president of the Macon Trial Lawyers Association. Jordan has participated as co-counsel and lead counsel on several trials resulting in favorable verdicts and settlements for our clients. Most recently, Jordan and Kathy McArthur obtained a $715,000.00 verdict in Gwinnett County in a motor vehicle collision case in November of 2023.
Welcome Lindsey Macon
Lindsey Macon joined the McArthur Law Firm in 2019 after practicing at King & Spalding in Atlanta and clerking for the Honorable Hugh Lawson in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Lindsey opened our Atlanta law office, which has grown to include two additional lawyers and an incredible staff to serve our clients with exceptional representation in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases under her leadership. During her time with the firm, Lindsey has participated in several successful jury trials, including the record-setting medical malpractice verdict in Houston County of $12 million. Lindsey specializes in complex commercial litigation, including automobile and trucking accidents, construction negligence, negligent security, and medical malpractice. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and as co-chair of the Litigation Committee for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
Together, Jordan and Lindsey will contribute their leadership, insights, and exceptional legal skills to guide the McArthur Law Firm toward new heights of excellence. We are confident that their elevated roles will further strengthen our ability to deliver unparalleled legal services to our clients.
